2. Products

Valioso Design sells hair sticks, rings, necklaces, and clothing accessories. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ from the actual product.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be completed at the time of ordering using the methods available on the website.

4. Shipping

We ship within Italy and internationally. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Returns and Refunds

Customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason, in accordance with Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

All content on this website (texts, images, logos, designs) is the property of Valioso Design and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Valioso Design is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this website or purchased products, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.

10. Legal Guarantee

All products sold by Valioso Design are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity as provided by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). The guarantee lasts 2 years from the date of delivery. In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer is entitled to repair or replacement of the product, or alternatively to a price reduction or termination of the contract.
